Safety

Safety & Trust

We designed Kneadgawn to keep pickup/removal logistics, pricing notes, and completion history in one place. Use this page as your operating checklist for safer jobs.

Before pickup

  • Use in-app messaging only. Keep phone, gate codes, and private notes inside the Job Room.
  • Upload clear photos of item size, access path, stairs, and any hazards before confirming.
  • Verify pickup window and who is attending: seller, buyer, or assigned hauler.
  • For removal jobs, include heavy-material and access requirements so the right hauler accepts the job.

At pickup

  • Meet in daylight when possible and keep another person aware of your schedule.
  • Do not move hazardous materials unless the hauler has explicitly accepted those capabilities.
  • Take before/after photos for large removals and mark completion in the app immediately.
  • If access conditions are different than listed, pause and update notes before continuing.

Payments & disputes

  • Never send money outside the platform for booking, deposits, or haul completion.
  • If a pickup fails, mark Pickup Failed in the seller/hauler room and include a short note.
  • Use the report flow for no-shows, unsafe behavior, or fee disputes.
  • Keep all evidence (photos, messages, timestamps) in-thread to support resolution.

How trust is scored on Kneadgawn

Hauler visibility and ranking are based on operational reliability, not ads. This gives sellers and buyers a clearer signal of who can actually complete jobs.

Emergency + escalation

If you feel unsafe, stop the transaction and leave the location. For immediate danger, call local emergency services first, then report the incident in Kneadgawn with job ID and notes. Read our expectations for safe pickup handoffs, account integrity, reporting, and dispute resolution. These standards apply to every listing, buyer, seller, and hauler on Kneadgawn.
