What vehicle do I need?
Any truck, SUV, or van that can safely transport furniture and large items. Pickup trucks, cargo vans, and box trucks all work. A trailer counts too.
What's the difference between a Carrier and a Hauler?
Carriers deliver sold items from seller to buyer. Haulers remove unsold or expired items that sellers want gone. You can do both.
Do I need commercial insurance?
Personal auto insurance is fine to start. We recommend commercial coverage as you scale, but it's not required for onboarding.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe Connect. You link your bank account during onboarding and get paid automatically after each completed job. No invoicing, no chasing payments.
Is there a minimum number of jobs?
